Contract Vehicles

In order to make it easy for our customers to have SOLUTRON work for them, we have assembled a variety of contracting vehicles for both our Federal and State clients. As a woman- owned, small, disadvantaged business, we are also eligible for a variety of set-aside procurements. Each vehicle will be briefly described in the following paragraphs. GSA FSS Schedule#70 of SOLUTRON, INC.

SOLUTRON has been awarded a contract by the General Services Administration. It is a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) for General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services, FSS Group 70. The contract number is GS-35F-0751J. All Federal Government agencies can use this vehicle.

Maryland Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)

SOLUTRON has been certified by the State of Maryland on 1999 as a registered MBE. Our MBE number is #99-199. Any State of Maryland MBE set a side contract could be awarded to SOLUTRON, INC. Any large coeporation are welcome and encouraged to consider SOLUTRON, INC. to be their partner or subcontractor. 

GSA Alliant

SOLUTRON is a subcontractor to Serco-NA, Inc. for the GSA Alliant contract. There are three functional areas of IT support and services available under the Alliant contract. They are Software Engineering Specifications, Systems Integration, and Communications. This contract vehicle is available to all Federal Government agencies.

US Patent and Trademark Office BPA

SOLUTRON, INC. was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from the USPTO. A variety of goods and services can be obtained under this BPA. Use of the BPA is limited to the USPTO.

National Institutes of Health (NIH)- Chief Information Officer-Solution and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3)

SOLUTRON, INC. has been awarded as a Sub-Contractor to SERCO-NA, Inc. for their recent GWAC contract win on May, 2012 of CIO-SP3 from NIH. This is a GWAC contract vehicle and valid up to May 31st, 2022. The CIO-SP3 contract celling is $20 billion for 10 years. Our Prime contract number for this contract is HHSN316201200045W.

US Nuclear Regulatory Commission's BPA

SOLUTRON was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from the NRC for Portfolio Management Services. Use of this BPA is limited to only USNRC.

STARS

SOLUTRON, INC. was awarded the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) Government-Wide Acquistion Contract (GWAC) vehilce.

STARS, the new generation of the current 8(a) Federal Acquisition Services for Technology (FAST) small business contract, is a multiple award contract vehicle that can be utilized by federal government clients when purchasing technology. It promotes opportunities for the best small IT companies, helps ensure that government is getting the right contractor for the job for the best price, and levels the playing field for emerging growth contractors.
